摘要
基于2009—2018年中国266个地级市层面的综合创新发展指数,运用探索性空间数据分析方法,深入考察了中国城市综合创新发展的空间集聚特征,并通过构建空间面板数据模型,对城市综合创新发展进行了收敛性检验。研究发现:中国城市综合创新发展呈现空间集聚与空间异质并存的格局,即使控制城市经济特征和地理特征,城市综合创新的发展仍存在正向空间集聚效应;全国及东、中、西部地区城市综合创新发展均呈现绝对和条件β收敛,仅有中部地区具有σ收敛特征,并且存在高、中、低收入水平俱乐部收敛,但不同区域、不同层级的收敛速度存在差异。
Based on the comprehensive innovation development index of 266 prefecture level cities in China from 2009 to 2018,this paper uses exploratory spatial data analysis to investigate the spatial agglomeration characteristics of urban comprehensive innovation development in China,and constructs a spatial panel data model to test the convergence of urban comprehensive innovation development. The results show that: the development of urban comprehensive innovation in China presents a pattern of coexistence of spatial agglomeration and spatial heterogeneity. Even if the economic and geographical characteristics of cities are controlled,the development of urban comprehensive innovation still has a positive spatial agglomeration effect;the comprehensive innovation and development of cities in the whole country and the eastern,central and western regions present absolute and conditional conditions β convergence,only the central region has σ convergence characteristics,and there are high,middle and low-income club convergence,but the convergence speed is different in different regions and levels.
