摘要
微生物污染不仅影响中药材及中药饮片的质量和效果,致病菌和条件致病菌的存在还会影响病人的健康,我们必须重视中药材的微生物污染。本文通过阅读相关文献,对中药材及其饮片污染微生物的种类,中药材及其饮片的微生物污染因素以及控制方法进行了分析。
Safety is the top priority of Chinese herbal medicine.In order to ensure the quality and effect of Chinese herbal medicine,we must pay attention to the microbial pollution of Chinese herbal medicine.In this paper,through reading relevant literature,the types of Chinese herbal medicine pollution,pollution parts,pollution ways,pollution microbial species and protective measures are analyzed.It is hoped to provide reference for the subsequent research on microbial contamination of Chinese medicinal materials.
