摘要
为降低热冲压生产线机械臂和端拾器运行中的动态变形、保证热冲压生产中机械臂的上料精度及速度、提高生产线的生产效率和良品率,采用理论分析和有限元数值模拟相结合的方法,从机械臂和端拾器的设计结构和运行速度两个方面对热坯料在上料过程中的动态变形进行了研究。通过对模型及振动影响因素的理论分析得出,减小载荷因素、增大弹性模量、增大截面惯性矩,可以降低机械臂和端拾器的动态变形。同时,通过对空心和十字等端拾器主杆截面下机械臂和端拾器动态变形情况的对比及不同加载速度下振动变形曲线的分析,给出了机械臂Z轴运动速度和Z向行程参数设计依据,为机械臂、端拾器设计及热冲压生产应用提供技术支撑。
In order to reduce the dynamic deformation of robot arm and end picker in hot stamping production line,ensure the feeding accuracy and speed of robot arm in hot stamping production and improve the production efficiency and yield rate of production line,the dynamic deformation of hot blank in feeding process was studied by the method of combining theoretical analysis and finite element numerical simulation from two aspects of designed structure and running speed of robot arm and end picker,and through the theoretical analysis of the model and the influencing factors of vibration,the dynamic deformation of robot arm and end picker can be reduced by decreasing the load factor,increasing the elastic modulus and the inertia moment of section.At the same time,through the comparison of the dynamic deformation of robot arm and end picker under the main rod section of hollow and cross end pickers and the analysis of the vibration deformation curves under different loading speeds,the design basis of Z-axis movement speed and Z-stroke parameters of the robot arm was given to provide technical support for the design of robot arm,end picker and hot stamping production application.
