摘要
通过问卷调查了解高职学生入党积极分子的教育培养现状,发现实际存在的问题,提出提高培养教育的方法,将党员教育关口前移,特别是在疫情下增强教育针对性,加强对入党积极分子的教育培养力度,加强入党积极分子教育管理,提高入党积极分子队伍质量。
The paper researches on the education and cultivation of activists for the Party in higher vocational colleges through the questionnaire survey,finds out some existing problems,and puts forward methods to improve cultivation and education.We should enhance the direction of education,strengthen the education and cultivation,reinforce the education management,and improve the quality of the activists.
