岩巷综掘快速掘进线在九龙矿的应用研究 被引量:4

摘要 随着煤矿的不断开采,采掘衔接紧张矛盾不断凸显,岩巷掘进严重制约着煤矿开采的衔接布置。为探索岩巷快速掘进,冀中能源峰峰集团九龙矿在15249S顶抽巷布置岩巷综掘快速掘进线,即悬臂式掘进机+桥式皮带转载机+可伸缩胶带输送机的机械化作业线,合理选择巷道层位,不断优化支护设计,克服了巷道断面岩石硬度高、地质条件极复杂等因素,实现了巷道13 m2全岩断面月进208 m。 With the continuous mining of coal mine,the contradiction of mining and driving are becoming increasingly prominent,especially the rock roadway excavation seriously restricts the connection and layout.In order to explore the rapid excavation of rock roadway,the comprehensive excavation rapid excavation line in 15249s top extraction roadway was arranged in Jiulong Mine.The mechanized operation line of cantilever roadheader,bridge type belt conveyor,extensible belt conveyor was adopted in the rock roadway.The management innovation was actively carried out,the roadway layer was reasonably selected,and the support design was continuously optimized,so as to overcome the high hardness of rock complex quality conditions,the whole rock section of the roadway with a length of 13m2 was 208m per month.
