摘要
为处理井下岩巷掘进中产生的矸石,采用理论计算和现场试验的方法在新元矿进行了巷道矸石充填的研究。结果表明,巷道充填所需的充填体强度不小于3.1 MPa,确定采用矸石充填加高水注浆的开采方式。由于巷道内充填体的存在,采用等效采高预计地面沉降。观测表明,地表最终下沉量为32 mm,倾斜值为0.9 mm/m,地面工业广场办公楼稳定,无裂缝产生。
In order to deal with the gangue produced in underground rock roadway excavation,the theoretical calculation and field test methods were used to study the gangue filling in Xinyuan Mine.The results show that the strength of filling body required for roadway filling is not less than 3.1Mpa,so the mining method of gangue filling and high water grouting is determined.Due to the existence of filling body in roadway,the equivalent mining height is used to predict land subsidence.The observation shows that the final subsidence of the ground surface is 32mm and the inclination value is 0.9mm/m.The office building of the ground industrial square is stable without cracks.
