摘要
己二酸的生产工艺为在V(Ⅴ)、Cu(Ⅱ)催化剂存在条件下,硝酸氧化环己醇。通过结晶、增浓、离心、溶解活性炭脱色、重结晶、增浓、离心、干燥等一系列工序,得到成品己二酸。通过对环己醇与硝酸反应机理及氧化反应器移热方式的研究,找准负荷提升瓶颈,提出针对性举措,应用于现有生产装置,实现己二酸装置高负荷连续运行;通过对己二酸产品质量影响因素的探究,针对铁及硝酸含量2大关键指标提出技术措施并实施,持续优化提升己二酸产品质量。
The production process of adipic acid is nitric acid oxidation of cyclohexanol.at V(Ⅴ),Cu(Ⅱ)the presence of a catalyst.The finished product of adipic acid were obtained by crystallization,enriched,centrifuged,dissolved active carbon,recrystallization,enriched,centrifugation and drying series of processes.Based on the research of the reaction mechanism of cyclohexanol and nitric acid and the heat transfer method of the oxidation reactor.The bottleneck of the load increase,and proposes targeted measures were found,which were applied to the existing production equipment to realize the continuous operation of the adipic acid plant at overload.The stechnical measures for the two key indicators of iron and nitric acid content were put forward and implemented by researching on the factors affecting the quality of adipic acid product,and the quality of adipic acid products were continue to optimize and improve.
