摘要
为了降低火电厂脱硫系统能耗,确定运行参数基准值,提出一种基于模糊聚类方法的优化运行策略,以较低脱硫成本为目标选取决策样本,采用麻雀搜索算法优化的模糊C均值聚类方法求解脱硫系统可调参数的基准值,将聚类中心作为优化变量,模糊C均值聚类算法的目标函数作为麻雀搜索算法的适应度函数,迭代计算得到全局最优解。分析了某660 MW机组脱硫系统的历史运行数据,以某一典型工况:入口烟气流量为1600~1800 kNm^(3)/h,入口SO_(2)浓度为1500~1700 mg/Nm^(3)为例,得到其最优可调参数:浆液pH值为5.54、浆液密度为1168.22 kg/m^(3)以及循环浆液量为23980.97 m^(3)/h,脱硫综合成本可降低427.97元/h,从而提高系统运行效率。与传统的模糊C均值聚类算法对比,优化后的算法可解决其对初值敏感,易陷入局部的缺点,计算结果具有更高的聚类准确率。结果表明,该运行优化策略可用于搭建脱硫系统工况库,提供优化指导。
In order to reduce the energy consumption of the desulfurization system in thermal power plants and determine the reference value of operating parameters,this paper proposes an optimal operation strategy based on the fuzzy clustering method.We first selected the decision samples with the goal of lowering desulfurization cost,and used the fuzzy C-means clustering optimized by the sparrow search algorithm to calculate the reference value of adjustable parameters of desulfurization system.With the clustering center as optimization variable and objective function of the fuzzy C-means clustering algorithm as the fitness function of the sparrow search algorithm,we obtained the global optimal solution by iterative calculation.We then analyzed historical operating data of the desulfurization system of a 660 MW unit.Taking a typical working condition as an example,we obtained the optimal adjustable parameters.When the inlet flue gas flow rate is 1600~1800 kNm^(3)/h and the inlet SO_(2)concentration is 1500~1700 mg/Nm^(3),the optimal adjustable parameters are as follows:the pH of the slurry is 5.54,the slurry density is 1168.22 kg/m^(3) and the circulating slurry volume is 23980.97 m^(3)/h.In this case,the comprehensive cost of desulfurization can be reduced by 427.97 yuan/h,thereby improving the operating efficiency of the system.Compared with the traditional fuzzy C-means clustering algorithm,the optimized algorithm can overcome the shortcomings of being sensitive to the initial value and easy to fall into the local area so that the calculation result has higher clustering accuracy.The results show that the operation optimization strategy can provide optimization guidance for building a working condition library of desulfurization system.
