厚硬基本顶下5-1022巷锚网梁索棚联合支护技术应用

摘要 以汾源煤业5-1022巷赋存松软直接顶岩层、厚硬基本顶岩层为工程背景,提出了及时强主动支护原则、浅层围岩被动强化支护、充分利用厚硬基本顶承载能力的厚硬基本顶下巷道支护思路和原则。基于此,开发了厚硬基本顶下锚网梁索棚联合支护技术,现场应用后,围岩变形均可控,实现了汾源煤业5-1022巷的稳定控制。 Taking the soft direct roof strata and thick and hard basic roof strata in the 5-1022 roadway of Fenyuan Coal Industry as the engineering background,the supporting ideas and principles of thick and hard basic roof roadway are put forward,such as timely and strong active support,passive strengthening support of shallow surrounding rock,and making full use of the bearing capacity of thick and hard basic roof.Based on this,the combined support technology of anchor net,beam and cable shed under thick and hard basic roof is developed.After field application,the deformation of surrounding rock can be controlled,and the stable control of the 5-1022 roadway in Fenyuan Coal Industry is realized.
