基于网络文本分析云台山旅游形象感知研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过对2015年5月到2020年12月有关云台山景区相关网络评价的数据采集,运用ROST CM软件进行高频词汇和语义网络分析,并将负面评论概念化展开分析,得到游客感知的云台山旅游形象。研究表明,游客对于云台山的感知多为各处景点和接待设施,多为积极感知。游客感知的旅游形象以自然山水为主,具有浅显性,缺乏深层次的感知。游客对于云台山的消极情感可以概括为旅游体验、旅游设施、旅游服务、旅游安全4个核心类属及其下属的10个子类。文章在分析的基础上提出通过深挖云台山人文历史、底蕴、地质特点,加强景区管理,定期培训民宿店主,完善旅游设施来提升云台山的旅游形象。 By data collection of related network evaluations of Yuntai Mountain from May 2015 to Dec.2020,we use ROST CM software to conduct high-frequency vocabulary and semantic network analysis,and conceptualize negative comments to analyze the tourist image of Yuntai Mountain.Research results show that tourists′perceptions of Yuntai Mountain are mostly scenic spots and reception facilities,and most of them are positive.The tourism image they perceived is dominated by natural landscape,which is shallow and lacks of in-depth perception.Tourists′negative feelings towards Yuntai Mountain can be summarized into 4 core categories of tourism experience,tourism facilities,tourism services,and tourism safety and 10 sub-categories.Based on the analysis,this article proposes to enhance the tourism image of Yuntai Mountain by excavating historical and scientific value,strengthening the management of scenic spots,providing regular training to employees and improving tourist facilities.
