摘要
电永磁起重机作为大型起吊装置,在机械搬运方面应用广泛。与传统的电磁起重技术相比,电永磁起重技术具有以下特点:节能;性能稳定、可靠、安全;结构简单,吸力均匀;吸重比高。文章从电永磁起重机的工作原理、磁性材料、结构优化和控制系统四个方面出发,详细介绍了电永磁起重机关键技术的发展现状,总结了现有产品的优缺点,并探讨和展望电永磁起重机的未来研究方向和前景。
As a large-scale lifting device,electric permanent magnet cranes are widely used in mechanical handling.Compared with the traditional electromagnetic lifting technology,the permanent magnet lifting technology has the following characteristics:energy saving;stable,reliable and safe performance;simple structure,uniform suction;high suction-to-weight ratio.Starting from the four aspects of electric permanent magnet crane s working principle,magnetic materials,structure optimization and control system,the article introduces in detail the current development status of the key technology of electric permanent magnet crane,summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of existing products,and discusses and prospects electric permanent magnet cranes.The future research direction and prospects of permanent magnet cranes.
