摘要
近些年,我国对建设单位工程质量责任的规定的相关法律尚不健全,相关规定不清晰、不明确,在工程实践中,部分建设单位屡次实施违反质量规定的行为,可能导致严重工程质量安全问题,这一现象亟待解决。目前,让建设单位对工程质量承担首要责任具有充足的理论依据,应完善现行相关立法规定、加强舆论宣传、推行工程质量信息公开的制度及大力推进工程质量潜在缺陷保险。
In recent years,China's relevant laws on the construction units'engineering quality responsibility are not perfect,and the relevant regulations are not clear and definite.In engineering practice,some construction units repeatedly violate the quality regulations,which may lead to serious engineering quality and safety problems,which needs to be solved urgently.At present,there is sufficient theoretical basis for the construction unit to assume the primary responsibility for project quality,and it is necessary to perfect the existing relevant legislation,strengthen public opinion publicity,promote the system of project quality information disclosure and vigorously promote the Inherent Defects Insurance of project quality.
