摘要
文章采用文献内容分析法,对图书馆智慧服务模式及其构建相关问题进行总结和论述,发现目前学术界所提出的图书馆智慧服务模式主要有智慧的文献、信息、空间、知识以及其他五种服务模式,构建方法主要集中于"情境感知获取数据、协同融合管理数据、数据驱动智慧分析、空间交互服务用户"四个方面。最后,对拓展和完善智慧服务模式体系、构建统一的建设框架和加快智慧服务应用及实证研究进行了展望。
By using the method of literature content analysis, the article combs the relevant literature, summarizes and discusses the relative questions of library intelligent service mode and its construction. Conclusions are drawn as follows: At present, the library intelligent service mode proposed by academia mainly includes five kinds of service modes: intelligent literature,intelligent information, intelligent space, intelligent knowledge and others. The construction methods mainly focus on four aspects: context aware acquisition of data, collaborative integration management of data, data-driven intelligent analysis and spatial interactive service for users. Finally, the article prospects expanding and improving intelligent service mode system,building a unified construction framework and accelerating the application and empirical research of intelligent service.
