摘要
“双减”政策实施以来,成效斐然,但中小学校依然负重前行,“唯成绩论”影响下的中小学生学业依旧繁重。由于优绩主义的盛行、低龄化的竞争以及过早的教育选拔,致使中国基础教育系统及其相关众生陷入“内卷”。进一步的教育改革需要调整重心,修正逻辑,澄明教育生长与成长的方向,反省基础教育人才选拔的问题,进一步厘清教育之所以成为负担的缘由,明辨低龄化攀比、选拔及竞争的后果,探求缓解师生及学校负担的合理途径,继而回归教育启蒙的根本目的。唯有摆脱基础教育“减负”的逻辑困境,才能有效促进基础教育在新时代的健康发展。
During the implementation of the“double reduction”policy,remarkable results have been achieved,but primary and secondary schools are still struggling onwards with great burden.Under the influence of the“Only Achievement Really Counts”,the students who are in the primary and secondary schools still have heavy schoolwork.The prevalence of meritocracy,the competition at a very young age and the premature selection criteria in education have made the basic education system of China and its related sentient beings trapped in“involution”.For our further education reform,we need to shift our focuses,find out good logical approaches,orient the right direction of the education development,reflect on the poor criteria of selecting talented persons in the basic education,and trace the causes for such burden.We also need to realize the bad consequences of the comparison,selection and competition among very young students,find out reasonable means to lighten the teaching and learning burdens so that we can return to the fundamental aim of the enlightenment of education.Only by getting rid of the logical dilemma of“Lighten the Burden of Studying”in the basic education can we effectively promote the healthy development of our basic education in the new era.
