摘要
目的评价银离子水凝胶涂层导尿管的体外抑菌效果。方法银离子在琼脂培养基中经溶出扩散可以形成不同的浓度梯度以发挥其抑菌作用,通过抑菌环大小可评价抑菌效果,该研究以不含银离子水凝胶涂层的同种材质导尿管作为阴性对照样品,以金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌、大肠埃希菌和表皮葡萄球菌作为试验菌株,采用抑菌环试验来评价银离子水凝胶涂层导尿管的体外抑菌效果。结果银离子水凝胶涂层导尿管对上述4种试验菌的抑菌环直径均能达到2 mm以上,符合《消毒技术规范》对于产品抑菌作用的评价规定。结论银离子水凝胶涂层导尿管对上述4种试验菌均具有良好的抑菌作用。
Objective The in vitro antibacterial effect of silver hydrogel coated catheter was evaluated.Methods Silver ions can form different concentration gradient in agar medium to play its antibacterial effect,and the antibacterial effect can be evaluated by the size of the antibacterial ring.In this study,catheters made of the same material without silver hydrogel coating were used as control(negative),Staphylococcus aureus,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus epidermidis were used as the test strains,in vitro evaluation of silver hydrogel coated catheter was evaluated by the antibacterial ring method.Results The diameters of the antibacterial ring of the silver hydrogel coated catheters against the above four kinds of test bacteria were all above 2 mm,which was in line with the evaluation regulations of the antibacterial effect according to Technical Standard For Disinfection.Conclusion Silver hydrogel coated catheters have good antibacterial effect against the above four kinds of test bacteria.
