摘要 目的比较植入式静脉输液港(IVAP)与经外周静脉穿刺的中心静脉导管(PICC)在乳腺癌患者中的应用效果。方法选取2018年10月至2020年4月于医院进行化疗的乳腺癌患者60例作为研究对象,随机分为两组,各30例。观察组留置IVAP,对照组留置PICC,比较两组一次置管成功率、意外拔管率、留置时间及并发症发生率。结果两组一次置管成功率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组意外拔管率低于对照组,留置时间长于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论IVAP在乳腺癌患者中的应用效果优于PICC,可延长留置时间,减少意外拔管的发生,并可降低并发症发生率。 Objective The application effects of implanted vascular access ports(IVAP)and peripherally inserted central venous catheter(PICC)in breast cancer patients were compared.Methods A total of 60 breast cancer patients who underwent chemotherapy in the hospital from October 2018 to April 2020 were selected as the research objects and they were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each.Patients in the observation group received IVAP,while patients in the control group received PICC.The success rate of one-time intubation,the rate of accidental extubation,indwelling time and the incidence of complications after intubation were compared between the two groups.Results When the success rate of one-time intubation were compared between the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);The accidental extubation rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the indwelling time of the observation group was longer than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);The incidence of complications after intubation in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effects of IVAP applied in breast cancer patients were better than those of PICC,showing longer indwelling time,fewer accidental extubation,reduced incidence of complications after intubation.
