长庆油田某作业区清蜡剂的筛选与评价 被引量:3

摘要 石油管道中的蜡沉积被认为是油田开采过程中最严重的问题之一,针对特定原油使用不同的清蜡剂是解决该问题常用的方法。然而,原油组分的复杂性和各种清蜡剂之间的适用性是目前清蜡剂筛选和评价中存在的主要问题。如何在不同的作业区或井场选用合适的清蜡剂既是集输工艺的需要也是成本控制的关键。为了分析评价长庆集团清蜡剂的使用效果,作者基于现场实验结果,对长庆某作业区的原油性质、原油蜡含量、蜡样碳含量、溶蜡速率、清蜡剂结构进行分析。研究表明,长庆油田原油含蜡量较高,蜡样碳数分布较广且重质组分含量高,而油基清蜡剂11和16,清防蜡效果最佳。 Wax deposition in oil pipelines is considered to be one of the most serious problems in the process of oilfield production.Using different wax removers for specific crude oil is a common method to solve this problem.However,the complexity of crude oil components and the applicability of various wax removers are the main problems in the screening and evaluation of wax removers.How to select appropriate wax remover in different operation areas or well pads is not only the need of gathering and transportation process,but also the key to cost control.In order to analyze and evaluate the application effect of wax remover in Changqing group,based on the field experimental results,this paper analyzes the crude oil properties,crude oil wax content,wax sample carbon content,wax dissolution rate and wax remover structure in an operation area of Changqing.The results show that the crude oil in Changqing Oilfield has high wax content,wide carbon number distribution and high content of heavy components,while oil-based wax removers No.11 and No.16 have the best wax removal and control effect.
