摘要 运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法、数理统计法等研究运动对人格发展的影响,进而为学校体育课程改革、学生全面发展提供依据。在Web of Science、PubMed数据库、中国知网和万方数据库中检索运动影响人格的研究文献,经过严格筛选最终纳入4篇文献,均采用卡特尔人格问卷测量运动对人格的影响。研究的总样本量为526人,通过Cochrane评估工具对所选文献质量和发表偏倚情况进行科学评估,所纳文献质量属于中上等水平。运用Review Manager 5.3软件对纳入数据进行meta分析,结果显示,运动对聪慧性、敢为性、乐趣性、恃强性、有恒性水平均有显著提升作用,运动能显著降低参与者的怀疑性水平。亚组分析结果显示:登山运动、健美操、三大球、游泳可以显著提高个体的乐群性。三大球、小球、田径、民传和游泳均能显著降低参与者的实验性,表明运动能使个体遵守社会规则和道德准则。登山、三大球、田径、民传和游泳能显著提高个体的稳定性水平。在忧虑性上,三大球、小球、田径、民传和游泳运动能显著降低个体的忧虑性水平。在有恒性上,登山、健美操、三大球、田径能显著提高参与者的有恒性。在独立性上,三大球、小球、田径、民传和游泳能显著提升参与者的独立性水平。在紧张性上,三大球、小球、田径、民传和游泳运动能显著降低参与者的紧张性水平。深化体育课程改革,重点开设定向运动、健美操、跆拳道等新兴体育项目,向游戏化、社会化的方向改革体育教学,通过丰富多元的运动项目引导和培养学生情感,帮助学生塑造健全人格。 The methods of literature review,logical analysis and mathematical statistics have been applied to study the influence of sports on personality development,and then provide a basis for the school physical education curriculum reform and the overall development of students.The research literature on the influence of exercise on personality was retrieved in Web of Science,PubMed,CNKI,and Wanfang database.After strict screening,four articles were finally included.Cartel personality questionnaires were used to measure the impact of exercise on personality.The total sample size of the study is 526 people.The quality of the selected literature and publication bias are scientifically evaluated through the Cochrane evaluation tool.The quality of the included literature is at the upper-medium level.Using Review Manager 5.3 software to conduct a meta-analysis of the included data,the results show that exercise significantly improves the level of intelligence,courage,fun and perseverance,and exercise can significantly reduce the level of suspicion of participants.The results of the subgroup analysis show that mountaineering,aerobics,the three major ball sports,and swimming can significantly improve the individual’s gregariousness.The three major ball sports,sports using small balls,track and field,traditional sports and swimming can significantly reduce the experimentation of participants,indicating that sports can enable individuals to abide by social rules and moral codes.Mountain climbing,three major ball sports,track and field,traditional sports and swimming can significantly improve the stability of the individual.In terms of anxiety,the three major ball sports,sports using small balls,track and field,traditional sports and swimming can significantly reduce the individual's anxiety level.In terms of perseverance,mountaineering,aerobics,three major ball sports,track and field can significantly improve the perseverance of participants.In terms of independence,the three major ball sports,sports using small balls,track and field,traditional sports and swimming can significantly improve the independence level of participants.In terms of tension,the three major ball sports,sports using small balls,track and field,traditional sports and swimming can significantly reduce the tension level of participants.It is suggested to deepen the reform of physical education curriculum,focus on setting up new sports such as orienteering,aerobics,and taekwondo,reform physical education in the direction of gamification and socialization,guide and cultivate students'emotions through rich and diverse sports,and help students shape a sound personality.
