Objective To explore and analyze the application effect of cyclosporine in pregnant women with high risk of preeclampsia. Methods 60 pregnant women with high risk of preeclampsia admitted to our hospital from September 2019 to October 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group(n=30)and observation group(n=30).The control group was treated with oral aspirin, and the observation group was treated with oral cyclosporine based on the control group. Both groups were treated until 28 weeks of pregnancy. The incidence of preeclampsia, liver and renal function, and levels of inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of preeclampsia in the observation group was 6.67%,significantly lower than 30.00%in the control group(P<0.05).2 weeks after delivery, the Scr,BUN,ALT,AST,IL-6 and TNF-αlevels of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the Scr,BUN,ALT,AST,IL-6 and TNF-αlevels of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Cyclosporine can significantly reduce the incidence of preeclampsia, relieve the liver and renal function damage and inflammatory reactions in pregnant women with high risk of preeclampsia.
