摘要
目的 探讨团队协作护理对急性缺血性脑卒中(AIS)患者自护能力的影响。方法 将120例AIS患者随机分为观察组(团队协作护理)与对照组(常规护理)。比较两组的自护能力、神经功能和肢体运动功能。结果 护理后,观察组的自我概念、自我责任感、健康知识水平、自护技能评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组的FMA、 BI评分高于对照组, NIHSS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 团队协作护理可提高AIS患者的自护能力,促进患者神经功能、肢体运动功能的恢复。
Objective To explore the influence of teamwork nursing on self-care ability of patients with acute ischemic stroke(AIS).Methods 120 AIS patients were randomly divided into observation group(teamwork nursing)and control group(routine nursing).The self-care ability,neurological function and limb motor function were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the scores of self concept,self responsibility,health knowledge level and self-care skill in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the FMA and BI scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the NIHSS score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Teamwork nursing can improve the self-care ability of AIS patients,and promote the recovery of neurological function and limb motor function.
