摘要
目的 探讨聚焦解决模式在髋关节置换术(THA)后的应用效果及对患者自护能力的影响。方法 选择于我院行THA的118例患者,随机分为观察组(聚焦解决模式+常规护理)与对照组(常规护理)。比较两组的髋关节功能、自护能力及生活质量。结果 干预后,两组的Harris、 BI评分升高,且观察组的Harris、 BI评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组的ESCA评分升高,且观察组的ESCA评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组的SF-36评分升高,且观察组的SF-36评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 聚焦解决模式可改善THA患者的髋关节功能,提高其自护能力及生活质量。
Objective To explore the application effect of focused solution mode after total hip arthroplasty(THA)and the influence on patients'self-care ability.Methods 118 THA patients in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group(focused solution mode+routine nursing)and control group(routine nursing).The hip joint function,self-care ability and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the Harris and BI scores of the two groups increased,and the Harris and BI scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the ESCA scores of the two groups increased,and the ESCA scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the SF-36 scores of the two groups increased,and the SF-36 scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Focused solution mode can improve the hip joint function,self-care ability and quality of life of THA patients.
