摘要
目的:观察基于人文关怀的优质护理在腺样体肥大围术期患儿中的应用效果。方法:选取78例行手术治疗的腺样体肥大患儿为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各39例。对照组围术期给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予基于人文关怀的优质护理,比较两组焦虑评分、术后疼痛评分、并发症发生率和家长护理满意度。结果:护理后,两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后1、3 d视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率为5.13%,低于对照组的20.51%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组家长护理满意度为97.44%,高于对照组的79.49%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规护理基础上采用基于人文关怀的优质护理可降低腺体样肥大围术期患儿SAS评分、术后VAS评分和并发症发生率,提高家长护理满意度,优于单纯常规护理效果。
Objective:To observe application effects of humanistic care-based high-quality nursing in children with adenoid hypertrophy during the perioperative period.Methods:78 children with adenoid hypertrophy undergoing surgical treatment were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,39 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing during the perioperative period,while the observation group was given the humanistic care-based high-quality nursing on the basis of that of the control group.The anxiety score,the postoperative pain score,the complication rate and the parental satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After the nursing,the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)scores of the two groups were lower than those before the nursing;that of the observation group was lower than that of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The visual analogue scale(VAS)scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group 1 and 3 days after the surgery,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative complication rate in the observation group was 5.13%,which was lower than 20.51%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the nursing satisfaction degree of parents in the observation group was 97.44%,which was higher than 79.49%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:On the basis of the routine nursing,the humanistic care-based high-quality nursing can reduce the SAS scores,postoperative VAS scores and complication rates of the children with adenoid hypertrophy during the perioperative period,and improve the parental nursing satisfaction.Moreover,it is superior to simple routine nursing.
