摘要
员工满意度是员工个体对工作的态度与情绪反映。医务人员是医院重要的人力资源,其工作满意度直接影响医疗卫生服务的质量与水平。研究以上海某三甲医院的医务人员为调查对象,采用访谈法和问卷法开展调查,分析不同年龄、不同岗位和不同职称的医务人员在工作压力、工作环境、组织协调与沟通、薪酬福利、组织认同归属感等方面的满意度状况,寻找影响医务人员满意度的原因,从外部和内部两个方面就提升公立医院医务人员工作满意度提出对策与建议。
Employee satisfaction is an individual employee’s attitude and emotional reflection on work. Medical personnel are an important human resource of the hospital,and their job satisfaction affects the quality and efficiency of medical and health services. This study takes the medical personnel of a third class hospital in Shanghai as the survey object,and uses the methods of interview and questionnaire to understand and analyze the satisfaction of medical staff of different ages,positions and professional titles in terms of work pressure,practice environment, organization coordination and communication,salary and welfare,organizational identity and sense of belonging,finds the reasons affecting the satisfaction of medical staff,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the satisfaction of medical workers in public hospitals from both the internal and external aspects.
