复硝酚钠对黄河鲤急性毒性研究及安全评价

Acute Toxicity and Safety Evaluation of Sodium Nitrophenol on Carp From the Yellow River

摘要 为了确定复硝酚钠对黄河鲤的急性毒性,试验分别设置6个浓度梯度:16 mg/L,19 mg/L,23 mg/L,27 mg/L,33 mg/L,39 mg/L,在常温条件下用复硝酚钠对黄河鲤进行急性毒性试验。结果表明:复硝酚钠对黄河鲤24h、48h、72h、96h的半致死浓度(LC_(50))为5.9 mg/L,安全浓度为3.1 mg/L。 In order to determine the acute toxicity of sodium nitrophenol to Yellow River Carp,six concentration gradients were set,namely 16 mg/L,19 mg/L,23 mg/L,27 mg/L,33 mg/L,39 mg/L.The acute toxicity test was carried out with sodium nitrophenol to Yellow River Carp at room temperature.The results indicated that the LC_(50) at 24 h,48 h,72 h and 96 h was 5.9 mg/L,and the safe concentration was 3.1 mg/L.
