摘要 压缩机是石化行业最重要的设备之一,其运行状态直接影响装置的安全生产以及产品质量。本文通过对某新建炼厂往复压缩机管道系统的气流脉动声学模拟分析和管线机械响应分析,验证试机时管线的振动能否满足安全生产要求[1-4]。结果表明:气流脉动分析的气段脉动幅值符合API618的要求和机械响应振幅和可能使其产生破坏的循环应力均满足了相关的规定。因此,整个管系的各项技术指标均满足长期运行要求,管系应是安全可靠的。 Compressor is one of the most important equipment in petrochemical industry,its running state directly affects the safety of production and product quality.Based on the acoustic simulation and mechanical response analysis of the piping system of reciprocating compressor in a new refinery,whether the piping vibration can meet the requirements of safety production was verified.The results showed that the fluctuation amplitude of the gas section accorded with the requirement of API618,and the amplitude of mechanical response and the cyclic stress which may cause the failure of the gas section accorded with the relevant regulations.Therefore,the entire piping system s each technical index all satisfied the long-term operation request,the piping system should be safe and reliable.
