摘要 受地应力变化、流体腐蚀、作业频繁及措施不当等因素影响,油气井常面临套管损坏问题,影响正常生产。本文以L区块为例,对套损原因进行剖析,提出合理的治理对策,指导现场套损井治理15井次,阶段累增油1.2万吨,创效405万元,低油价下实现提质增效目的。 Affected by in-situ stress change,fluid corrosion,frequent operation and improper measures,oil and gas wells often face casing damage,affecting normal production. Taking block l as an example,this paper analyzes the causes of casing damage,puts forward reasonable treatment countermeasures,guides the treatment of 15 well times of casing damage wells on site,increases 12000 tons of oil in stages,creates an efficiency of 4.05 million yuan,and realizes the purpose of improving quality and efficiency under low oil price.
