摘要
目的:探究瑞芬太尼联合七氟醚全身麻醉对剖宫产初产妇及新生儿的影响。方法:选取2019年1月至2019年8月重庆市合川区妇幼保健院收入的100例初产妇作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,各50例,对照组采用瑞芬太尼复合异丙酚,观察组采用瑞芬太尼复合七氟醚,比较两组产妇不同时间的平均动脉压、心率以及两组新生儿Apgar评分。结果:麻醉诱导前,胎儿娩出后5 min,两组产妇的平均动脉压、心率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),对照组患者麻醉诱导后、胎儿娩出后的平均动脉压、心率均低于麻醉诱导前,且均低于同时间观察组产妇的数值,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产妇各个时间点的平均动脉压、心率均较平稳,组内比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组新生儿1 min、5 min Apgar评分、脐动脉氢离子浓度指数(pH)比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:初产妇行剖宫产术时,采用瑞芬太尼联合七氟醚行全身麻醉能保证术中各项指标平稳,且对新生儿无影响。
Objective To explore the effect of remifentanil combined with sevoflurane general anesthesia on primipara and newborns after cesarean section.Methods A total of 100 primary parturients enrolled in Chongqing Hechuan District Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2019 to August 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received remifentanil combined with propofol,and the observation group received remifentanil combined with sevoflurane.The mean arterial pressure,heart rate and Apgar score were compared between the two groups at different time.Results Before induction of anesthesia and 5 min after delivery,The average arterial pressure and heart rat at different time point in the observation group and there was no significant difference in the group (P > 0.05).The average arterial pressure and heart rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after anesthesia induction and fetal delivery,and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05).There were no significant differences in Apgar score and umbilical artery pH at 1 min and 5 min between the two groups (P > 0.05).Conclusion Remifentanil Combined with sevoflurane can ensure the stability of various indexes during cesarean section and has no influence on the newborn.
