摘要
通过对蛇形管高压加热器超小径管(Ф<32 mm,0.5≤I/O(内外径比)<0.7,t≥3.5 mm)对接焊缝采用相控阵检测技术代替射线检测可行性研究和试验验证,可有效解决蛇形管高压加热器超小径管对接焊缝射线检测对产品制造周期影响。在保证产品质量情况下,可提高检测效率,降低检测成本,并消除射线检测辐射风险,具有很大的工程推广应用价值。
Through the feasibility reserch and test verification of phased array inspection technology instead of radiographic inspection for butt weld of ultra tube(Ф<32 mm,0.5≤I/O<0.7,t≥3.5 mm),the influence of radiographic inspection for butt weld of ultra tube on product manufacturing cycle can be effectively solved.In order to ensure the quality of products,it can improve the efficiency of testing,reduce the cost of testing,and eliminate the radiation risk of radiographic which has great value in engineering promotion and application.
