北京市文化创意产业空间集聚与稳定性分析——基于资本流动的视角 被引量:4

Analysis of Spatial Agglomeration and Stability of Cultural and Creative Industries in Beijing:Based on the Perspective of Capital Flow

摘要 北京市政府的规划引导和政策扶持推动了文化创意产业集聚区或功能区发展,而政策主导的产业空间集聚能否持续发挥集聚效能尚有待检验。采用核密度估计法刻画北京市文化创意产业空间集聚格局并检验集聚区规划的作用,运用社会网络分析法与回归分析法判别资本流动视角下产业集聚的稳定性。研究发现:北京市文化创意产业集聚区规划引导产业集聚的作用得以发挥。产业网络连通能力较强的节点具备较强的资金聚合力,而中介能力较强的节点未能发挥带动边缘节点的"桥梁"作用,市场驱动力量下循环累积效应初现端倪。未来应围绕有效激发中介节点作用与提升边缘节点网络地位进一步完善产业网络,持续发挥产业集聚区效能。 Beijing municipal government has made lots of plans to promote the establishmentand development of cultural and creative industry clusters or functional areas. However,it remains to be tested whether the industrial agglomeration led by policy can maintain continuous benefit. Through kernel density estimation,this article describesthe spatial agglomeration pattern of the cultural and creative industry in Beijing and tests the role of planning in guiding industrial agglomeration. Based on the analysis of the investment network from the perspective of capital flow,this paper identifies the stability of industrial agglomeration by the method of social network analysis and regression analysis.The results prove the leading role of planning in guiding industrial agglomeration. And the nodes with a strong ability of connection can gather more funds,while the nodes with strong intermediary ability fail to play the bridging role in taking-off edge nodes,therefore the cyclic accumulation effect under the market-driven force is beginning to appear. In the future,the industrial network should be further improved by effectively stimulating the role of intermediary nodes and enhancing the status of edge nodes network,so as to continuously give full play to the efficiency of industrial agglomeration areas.
