摘要
光气是一种应用广泛的重要的有机化工原料,为剧毒化学品。利用SLAB重质气体扩散模型,以光气的PAC-2和PAC-3阈值作为环境风险评价指标,对某化工企业光气化产品生产装置中的光气发生器的光气泄漏及排放事故进行了数值模拟与分析,结果表明光气PAC-2和PAC-3阈值的最大影响范围分别为1940米和1090米。结合SLAB模型预测结果和光气的危险性,提出了光气泄漏的环境风险防范与应急处置措施,研究结果可为涉光气企业的环境风险评价和风险应急管理提供参考。
Phosgene is a widely-used important chemical with high toxicity.The heavy gas diffusion model of SLAB was used to numerically simulate the influence of phosgene leakage accident.The maximum influence range of phosgene PAC-2 and PAC-3 thresholds is 1940 m and 1090 m,respectively.Considering the prediction results of SLAB model and the characteristics of phosgene,the environmental risk prevention and emergency treatment measures of phosgene leakage were discussed.The results can provide reference for environmental risk assessment and emergency management of phosgene enterprise.
