摘要
桥本甲状腺炎是原发性甲状腺功能减退症的主要原因,由于其病程长、临床症状及病机复杂多变,辨治上存在一些难点。“三辨”诊疗模式是以辨体论治为切入点,将辨体、辨病、辨证相结合的一种临床诊疗模式。在“三辨”诊疗模式的基础上,通过“依体预防,辨体施治”“衷中参西,辨病议药”“脏腑定位,辨证分型”,灵活地将辨体预防、辨病分期和辨证分型结合在一起,可以更好地分析桥本甲状腺炎的证型演变及证治规律,提高临床辨治水平。
Hashimoto's thyroiditis is the main cause of primary hypothyroidism.Due to its long course,complicated clinical symptoms and pathogenesis,there are some difficulties in differentiation and treatment.The“Three Differentiation”diagnosis and treatment model is based on differentiation of body and treatment as the entry point,a clinical diagnosis and treatment mode that combines body differentiation,disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation.On the basis of the“three differentiating”diagnosis and treatment model,through“prevention”,“integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine”,“differentiating syndromes”can better analyze the evolution of Hashimoto's thyroiditis and the law of syndrome and treatment,and improve the level of clinical differentiation and treatment.
