摘要
目的研究脑脉利颗粒对大鼠下肢动脉硬化闭塞症(ASO)的影响。方法采用高脂饲料喂养加隐动脉内膜损伤的方法建立大鼠ASO模型,通过检测大鼠下肢动脉血流情况、下肢动脉狭窄情况以及血清中TG、TC、LDL、HDL、TNF-α等指标,评价脑脉利颗粒改善大鼠下肢动脉硬化闭塞症的作用。结果脑脉利颗粒组可以恢复ASO大鼠下肢动脉的平均血流速度(P<0.01),改善血管狭窄,降低血清中TG、TC、LDL、TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-6和ET-1的含量(P<0.05),升高血清中HDL、NO和VEGF的含量(P<0.05)。结论脑脉利颗粒能改善下肢动脉硬化闭塞症,这种保护作用可能与其改善脂质代谢紊乱、炎症反应和内皮细胞功能紊乱作用相关。
Objective To investigate the effect of Naomaili granules on arteriosclerosis obliterans(ASO)in rats.Methods Establishment of ASO model in rats by high-fat diet feeding plus saphenous artery endothelial injury.The effect of Naomaili granules on improving lower limb atherosclerotic obliterans disease in rats is evaluated by detecting the blood flow,stenosis of lower limb arteries,and the serum TG,TC,LDL,HDL and TNF-αlevels.Results The Naomaili granules group significantly restore the mean blood flow velocity in the lower limb arteries of ASO rats(P<0.01),improve vascular stenosis,decrease levels of serum TG,TC,LDL,TNF-α,IL-1β,IL-6 and ET-1(P<0.05),and increase HDL,NO and VEGF levels(P<0.05).Conclusion Naomaili granules can improve arteriosclerosis obliterans,and this protective effect may be related to its effect on improving lipid metabolism disorder,inflammatory response,and endothelial cell dysfunction.
