摘要
为了减少产品在设计过程中出现返工、设计考量不充分等一系列问题导致产品设计存在缺陷的问题,利用有限元仿真分析方法,对某产品进行数字化建模与仿真。虚拟数字样机作为产品的数字化描述,由表及里、由粗到细进行仿真分析,通过该方法可提前识别出产品设计时存在的薄弱环节,及时弥补不足,从而使产品的成熟度与可靠性得到提高,使产品拓扑结构和性能得到不断优化。通过实例验证了该方法的可行性,有效避免产品设计中容易被忽视的问题,具有很好的工程产品开发指导意义。
In order to reduce some defects resulted in the process of product design such as rework,inadequate design considerations and so on,the finite element simulation analysis method is used to model and simulate a product digitally.The virtual digital prototype is used as the digital description of the product,which carries out simulation analysis from outside to inside and from coarse to fine.The weak links in product design can be identified in advance,and the maturity and reliability of the product can be improved,and the product topology and performance can be optimized.The feasibility of this method is verified by examples,which can effectively avoid the problems that are easy to be ignored in product design,and has good guiding significance for engineering product development.
