摘要
以减压蜡油(VGO)和减压渣油(VR)为催化原料,掺炼焦化蜡油(CGO),利用两段提升管催化裂化工艺(TSRFCC),在中型提升管催化裂化实验装置上考察CGO分别进入第一段反应(一反)和第二段反应(二反)时对催化装置整体产品分布的影响。同时,考察CGO进一反不同进料位置时的差别。结果表明,CGO进一反与CGO进二反相比较,轻质油收率(汽油收率+柴油收率)和总液收(液化气收率+汽油收率+柴油收率)更高,在提高转化率方面优势明显,而CGO进二反适合多产液化气。此外,CGO单独进一反提升管上段生焦率更低,整体选择性优于混合进料。
The influence of feeding CGO at the first reactor and the second reactor separately on the overall product distribution of fluid catalytic cracking unit was investigated on a two-stage riser fluid catalytic cracking(TSRFCC)experimental unit,using vacuum gas oil(VGO)and vacuum residue(VR)mixed with coker gas oil(CGO)as the feedstock.Feeding CGO in different position of the first reactor was compared.The results showed that,when feeding CGO at the first reactor,the yield of light oil(gasoline+diesel)and total liquid recovery(LPG+gasoline+diesel)is higher than feeding CGO at the second reactor,which is obviously advantageous in improving the conversion,while feeding CGO at the second reactor produces more LPG.In addition,feeding solely CGO into the upper section of the first-stage riser inhibits coke formation and obtains better overall selectivity than feeding mixed feedstock.
