摘要 目前市场上已形成以飞腾、龙芯、申威等为代表的国产处理器,但是对其的可靠性研究还比较少。为研究国产处理器的可靠性水平,文中以FT1500A/16处理器为例,针对其最小系统通用模块,基于可靠性维修性保障性工程软件(CARMES),采用经典可靠性分析方法——故障模式、影响及危害性分析(FMECA)方法对飞腾通用模块开展可靠性分析。通过分析,得到飞腾通用模块危害性较高的故障模式,整理出对最小系统影响较大的元器件清单,并在飞腾软硬件设计、PCB设计等方面提出设计改进措施,为提高飞腾通用模块的可靠性提供参考。 At present,domestic processors represented by Phytium,Loongson and Shenwei have been developed in the market.However,the research on the reliability analysis of domestic processors is still relatively few.To study the reliability level of domestic processors,we take the FT1500A/16 processor as an example and adopt the classical reliability analysis method(FMECA:fault mode,effects and criticality analysis)method to carry out the reliability analysis on the Phytium minimum system general module by using CARMES software.Through the analysis,the fault mode with the high criticality for the Phytium general module is obtained,and the list of components with large effects on the minimum system is put forward.Further,methods for the design improvement are given in terms of Phytium software and hardware designs,PCB design,etc.,which will help to improve the reliability of the Phytium general module.
