摘要
中国人历来注重饮食问题,认为生命健康与日常的饮食方式具有密不可分的关系。《黄帝内经·太素》调食篇中指出:"五谷、五畜、五果、五菜,用之充饥,则谓之食,以其疗病,则谓之药。"意在表明食物和药物的来源相同,阐明了药食同源的思想。神经衰弱作为一种常见病,严重影响着人们的日常生活。海派中医陈存仁曾对如何应用食物疗法治疗神经衰弱进行过论述,重点将神经衰弱分为四大类,分别为:脑神经衰弱、性神经衰弱、因贫血导致的神经衰弱、因久病不愈导致的神经衰弱。通过探讨陈存仁应用食物疗法治疗神经衰弱的思路,用以传承和弘扬中医"以食疗病"的方法,为临床治疗及日常预防神经衰弱提供参考借鉴。
Chinese people have always attached great importance to diet,believing that life and health have an inseparable relationship with daily diet.In the Diet Regulation chapter of Huangdi Neijing Taisu (Grand Simplicity of Inner Canon of Huangdi),it is pointed out “if grains,livestock,fruits and vegetables are used to satisfy hunger,they are called food,while if they are used to cure diseases,they are medicines”,implying that the sources of food and drugs are the same,that is to say,the idea of homology of medicines and food.As a common disease,neurasthenia seriously affects people’s daily life.As a representative of Shanghai school of traditional Chinese medicine,Chen Cunren is committed to the research of how to use the food therapy to treat neurasthenia,classifying the disease into four categories,namely cerebral neurasthenia,sexual neurasthenia,neurasthenia caused by anemia and neurasthenia caused by prolonged illness.This paper discusses Chen Cunren’s idea of using the food therapy to treat neurasthenia,so as to inherit and carry forward the method of “treating diseases with food” in traditional Chinese medicine,and provide a reference for the clinical treatment and daily prevention of neurasthenia.
