基于TOPSIS模型的郑州市水资源承载力研究 被引量:25

摘要 郑州市作为中原城市群核心城市,其水资源的变化与城市经济、社会等方面的发展密切相关。为科学分析郑州市水资源承载力现状,从水量、水质、水域和水流四维角度出发,在分析郑州市水资源现状的基础上,构建"量-质-域-流"水资源承载力评价指标体系,采用主客观赋权法和TOPSIS模型对郑州市2010—2019年水资源承载力进行评价。结果表明:研究期内郑州市水资源承载力呈现波动增长趋势,2015年之后水资源承载力持续增长,2018年水资源承载力等级达到Ⅰ级。分析各维度水资源承载力发现,郑州市属资源型缺水城市,应进一步提升城市节水水平,优化水资源配置。 As the core city of the central plains urban agglomeration,the change of water resources in Zhengzhou is closely related to the development of urban economy and society.In order to scientifically analyze the current situation of water resources carrying capacity in Zhengzhou,based on the analysis of the current situation of water resources in Zhengzhou,this paper constructed a quantity-quality-domain-flow water resources carrying capacity index system,and used the subjective and objective weighting method and TOPSIS model to evaluate the water resources carrying capacity of Zhengzhou from 2010 to 2019.The results show that the water resources carrying capacity of Zhengzhou has fluctuated and increased in research period.After 2015,the water resources carrying capacity has continued to increase,and the water resources carrying capacity reached to grade I in 2018.Through further analysis of water resources carrying capacity in all dimensions,it is found that Zhengzhou belongs to the resources-type water shortage.Next,it should further improve the urban water-saving level and optimize the allocation of water resources.
