东平湖酶活性与温室气体通量及其影响因素

Enzyme Activity and Greenhouse Gas Emission Flux and Its Influencing Factors in Dongping Lake

摘要 为研究东平湖沉积物酶活性与水体温室气体排放通量特征及其影响因素,2018年9月布设23个采样点,采集表层沉积物和表层水样品,分析沉积物中脲酶、蔗糖酶和碱性磷酸酶活性,采用顶空法和双层扩散模型估算水气界面N_(2)O、CO_(2)排放通量;采用相关分析、多元线性回归法探讨影响酶活性与温室气体排放通量的主要因子。结果表明:沉积物脲酶、蔗糖酶和碱性磷酸酶活性平均值分别为1.379 mg/(g·d)、22.633μg/(g·d)和0.307 mg/(g·d),N_(2)O、CO_(2)排放通量分别为1.18μmol/(m2·h)、19.91 mmol/(m;·h);酶活性在湖区东部(老湖码头)较高、在大汶河入湖口和湖心区较低,而N_(2)O、CO_(2)排放通量在大汶河入湖口较高、出湖口较低;沉积物总有机碳与3种酶活性均极显著正相关,是影响酶活性的主要因子之一;酶活性与影响因子的回归模型可分别解释脲酶、蔗糖酶和碱性磷酸酶活性变异程度的43.6%、73.4%和88.8%;温室气体排放通量仅与表层水体部分理化指标显著相关,表层水体无机氮浓度、pH值和DO是影响N_(2)O排放通量的主要因子,而CO_(2)排放通量主要受水深的影响。 In order to study the characteristics and influencing factors of sediment enzyme activity and greenhouse gas emission flux in Dongping Lake,surface sediment and water samples were collected simultaneously at 23 sampling sites around the lake in September 2018.The activities of urease,sucrase and alkaline phosphatase in sediments were analyzed,and the N_(2)O and CO_(2) emission fluxes at the water-air interface were analyzed and estimated by the headspace method and double-layered diffusion model.The main influencing factors were explored by conducting Pearson correlation analysis and multiple linear regression.The results show that the activities of urease,sucrase and alkaline phosphatase are 1.379 mg/(g·d),22.633μg/(g·d)and 0.307 mg/(g·d)respectively.The fluxes of N_(2)O and CO_(2) are 1.18μmol/(m;·h)and 19.91 mmol/(m;·h)respectively.The sediment enzyme activity is significantly higher in the east of the lake(near Laohu Wharf),and lower in the inlet of Dawen River and central area of the lake;while the N_(2)O and CO_(2) emission fluxes are higher in the inlet of Dawen River and lower in the outlet of the lake.TOC concentrations in the sediments are significantly positively correlated with the enzyme activities,indicating that sediment TOC is one of the main influencing factors.The regression models of enzyme activity and the main influencing factors can explain 43.6%,73.4%and 88.8%of the variation degree of urease,sucrase and alkaline phosphatase activity respectively.N_(2)O and CO_(2) emission fluxes are only significantly correlated with part of physicochemical indexes of the surface water;and specifically,inorganic nitrogen concentrations,water pH and DO are the main factors that affecting N_(2)O emission fluxes,while CO_(2) emission fluxes are mainly affected by water depth.
