摘要
昆明某地铁车站富水地区深基坑降水开挖,对邻近建筑物位移影响较大,针对此问题提出分区降水开挖方案。通过数值模拟,对比分区降水和整体降水开挖的影响;优化降水水位与开挖面的相对位置,通过实测验证了方案的可行性。研究表明:分区降水开挖能有效降低既有建筑物和自身围护结构变形;降水水位降深越小,既有邻近建筑物变形就越小。
The dewatering excavation of deep foundation pit in water rich area of a subway station in Kunming has a great impact on the displacement of adjacent buildings.As to this problem,a project of sectional dewatering excavation is proposed.the effects of sectional dewatering and overall dewatering excavation on adjacent buildings have been compared by numerical simulation.The relative position between the dewatering level and the excavation surface has been optimized,and the feasibility of this project has been verified by actual measurement.The research shows that sectional dewatering excavation can effectively reduce the settlement of existing buildings and the deformation of its own envelope structure.The smaller the water level drop,the smaller the deformation of existing adjacent buildings is.
