摘要
针对目前较为系统的暴雨洪水频率分析计算软件开发较少,研发了基于常规矩与线性矩的IWHR暴雨洪水频率分析计算软件,该软件可以实现连续数据资料序列和不连续资料序列的人工配线和自动配线,其中自动配线包括常规矩法和线性矩法配线方案。对该软件进行了介绍并对其进行了常规矩法与线性矩法实际应用检验对比分析。结果表明线性矩法可进行更准确、可靠的参数估计,很好地解决了常规矩参数估算方法计算结果偏小的问题,可为工程设计、工程规模确定等提供科学支撑与依据。
At present,there are few systematic software for rainstorm and flood frequency analysis and calculation.In order to resolve this problem,the software of IWHR rainstorm and flood frequency analysis based on conventional moments and L-moments was developed.The software can realize manual and automatic parameter tuning based on continuous data sequence or discontinuous data sequence,and the automatic parameter tuning includes the conventional moments and L-moments.In this paper,the software is introduced and the test of conventional moments and L-moments is compared and analyzed.The results show that the L-moments can be used to estimate the parameters more accurately and reliably than the conventional moments,and it can resolve the problem that the calculation results based on the conventional moments parameter estimation method are small,and provide scientific support and basis for engineering design and engineering scale determination.
