摘要
近20年,随着指南方法学的提出、完善以及临床医疗技术的进步,中国痔病诊疗有了长足的发展。自《痔临床诊治指南(2006版)》发布以来,中国痔病诊疗指南近15年没有更新,亟待更新与进一步完善。《中国痔病诊疗指南(2020)》采用严谨的证据分级系统,结合中国国情和治疗经验,同时参考国外指南,强调痔病的预防和保守治疗,不主张过度的器械和手术治疗。同时,指南完善各种治疗方式的指征,包括器械和手术治疗的围手术期和辅助治疗。本文围绕《中国痔病诊疗指南(2020)》给出的推荐意见及其相较于《痔临床诊治指南(2006版)》的更新要点,结合国外相关指南最新进展进行全面详细的解读,期望借此推进《中国痔病诊疗指南(2020)》的应用与推广。
In the past 20 years,with the proposal and improvement of guideline methodology and the progress of clinical medical technology,the diagnosis and treatment of hemorrhoids in China has made great progress.Since the publication of clinical guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of hemorrhoids(2006 Edition),the guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of hemorrhoids in China have not been updated in the past 15 years and need to be updated and further improved."The Chinese clinical practice guidelines of hemorrhoids(2020)"emphasizes the prevention and conservative treatment of hemorrhoids,and does not advocate excessive instrument and surgical treatment.At the same time,the guidelines improve the indications of various treatment methods,including the perioperative and adjuvant treatment of instruments and surgical treatment.This paper focuses on the recommendations given by"Chinese clinical practice guidelines of hemorrhoids(2020)"and the update points compared with"hemorrhoids clinical diagnosis and treatment guidelines(2006 Edition)",combined with the latest progress of foreign related guidelines for a comprehensive and detailed interpretation,hoping to promote the application and promotion of"Chinese clinical practice guidelines of hemorrhoids(2020)".
