摘要
某铁矿具有矿物种类多、铝硅双高等特点。原矿中TFe为24.94%,MFe为3.99%,SiO_(2)为33.81%,Al_(2)O_(3)为13.75%。铁的化学物相分析结果显示,磁铁矿中铁的占有率为16.00%,赤铁矿中铁占有率为36.49%,硅酸铁中铁的占有率为41.34%。为了高效充分利用该矿石资源,采用“弱磁选—强磁选—反浮选”工艺流程及新型捕收剂BK448进行选矿试验,获得最终指标为:铁精矿1铁品位为65.45%,铁回收率为15.43%;铁精矿2铁品位为60.86%,铁回收率为31.42%。总之,该铁矿在磁铁矿和赤铁矿中铁总占有率为42.49%情况下,获得全铁回收率为46.85%的较好指标。
An iron ore has the characteristics of many kinds of minerals and high content of both aluminum and silicon.The contents of TFe,MFe,SiO_(2) and Al_(2)O_(3) are 24.94%,3.99%,33.81%and 13.75%respectively.The results of chemical phase analysis of iron show that the percentage of iron in magnetite is 16.00%,in hematite is 36.49%,and in ferric silicate is 41.34%.In order to make full use of the ore resources,the technological flowsheet of low intensity magnetic separation-high intensity magnetic separation-reverse flotation and new collector BK448 were used in the beneficiation test,and the final indexes were obtained as follows:the iron grade of iron concentrate 1 was 65.45%and the iron recovery was 15.43%,the iron grade of iron concentrate 2 was 60.86%and the iron recovery was 31.42%.In a word,the iron ore in the magnetite and hematite in the total iron share of 42.49%,the total iron recovery of 46.85%of the better indexes.
