摘要
转辙机作为铁路关键基础设备之一,其正常运行与列车的安全高效运行有着密切联系。目前针对转辙机的维护方式以周期维护和故障维护为主,存在着成本高、安全风险大的问题,不适用于铁路向智能化发展。本文针对转辙机运行维护问题,引入数字孪生概念,提出了基于数字孪生的转辙机运维技术,介绍了转辙机数字孪生关键技术,分析了其可行性和结构体系,为转辙机智能运维提供了新思路。
The switch machine is one of the critical railway infrastructure equipment,and its the normal operationis closely related to safe and efficient operation of railway.At present,the switch machines is maintained maimlyby periodic maintenance and corrective maintenance,which is costly and brings about high safety risk,and it isnot suitable for the intelligent railways.To solve this problem,this paper introduces the concept of digital twin tothe switch machine,proposes the digital twin-based operation and maintenance technology of switch machine.This paper introduces the key technology of the digital twin to switch machine,analyzes its feasibility and struc-tural system.This method provides a new idea for the intelligent operation and maintenance of the switch ma-chine.
