粉磨参数对粉煤灰性能影响的实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用球磨机对原状粉煤灰进行粉磨,研究了粉磨时间和粉磨条件对磨细粉煤灰的细度、粒径分布、比表面积和活性的影响规律。研究表明当粉磨时间从0 min增加到120 min时,磨细粉煤灰的中位径、平均粒径、45μm筛余、80μm筛余均随粉磨时间的增大而降低,而磨细粉煤灰的活性指数随着粉磨时间的增长而增大;粉磨时间对磨细粉煤灰的比表面积有显著影响,粉磨90 min前,粉煤灰的比表面积随粉磨时间的增大而增大,当超过90 min时,比表面积随粉磨时间一致变化规律减弱;助磨剂对提高磨细粉煤灰的细度和活性指数有明显作用。 In this paper,undisturbed fly ash was ground by ball mill.The effects of grinding time and grinding conditions on fineness,particle size distribution,specific surface area and activity of ground fly ash were studied.The results showed that when the grinding time increased from 0 min to 120 min,the median diameter,average particle size and 45μm sieve residue,80μm sieve residue decreased with the increase of grinding time,while the activity index of ground fly ash increases with the increase of grinding time.The grinding time had a significant effect on the specific surface area of ground fly ash.Before 90 min grinding,the specific surface area of fly ash increased with the increase of grinding time.When it exceeded 90 min,the consistent change law of specific surface area with grinding time decreased.Grinding aids can obviously improve the fineness and activity index of ground fly ash.
