摘要
以核桃壳为原料,采用马弗炉热解-H_(2)O_(2)耦合改性方法制备核桃壳活性炭,运用SEM、XRD和FT-IR等技术对活性炭进行表征.考察了改性核桃壳活性炭吸附模拟废水中Pb(Ⅱ)的效果.表征结果显示,热解-H_(2)O_(2)耦合改性核桃壳活性炭表面形成了丰富的微米级孔隙结构,为无定型碳,含氧基团的种类有所减少.对于pH值为4.5,初始浓度为100 mg/L含Pb(Ⅱ)模拟废水,当吸附剂用量为20.0 g/L,在30℃下吸附80 min,核桃壳活性炭对Pb(Ⅱ)的吸附量达到3.22 mg/g,去除率达64.45%.
Walnut shell is used as raw material and modified by pyrolysis with muffle furnace coupled with-H_(2)O_(2) to obtain walnut shell activated carbon.SEM,XRD and FT-IR are applied to characterize the activated carbon,and its performance of absorbing Pb(Ⅱ)in the simulated wastewater is investigated.Results indicate that rich micron pore structure,identified as amorphous carbon,has formed on the surface of the walnut shell activated carbon,and the group type containing oxygen is reduced.For the stimulated wastewater with a pH value of 4.5 and initial Pb(Ⅱ)concentration of 100 mg/L,when the amount of the modified walnut activated carbon,serving as the absorbent,is 20.0 g/L,the absorption of Pb(Ⅱ)in the simulated wastewater reaches 3.22 mg/g and the corresponding removal rate is up to 64.45%.
