从外延式发展到内涵式发展:东盟来桂留学生教育的发展转型 被引量:7

From Extensive Development to Connotative Development:The Development and Transformation of the Education of ASEAN Students in Guangxi

摘要 来华留学生教育从外延式发展向内涵式发展转型是顺应中国高等教育内涵式发展的必然趋势,其内涵式发展是以提高来华留学生教育质量为核心,是规模与质量的协调发展。作为来华留学生教育重要组成部分的东盟来桂留学生教育,从外延式发展向内涵式发展转型,是其发展历程和客观规律的必然选择,是广西教育对外开放发展的战略需要,也是解决东盟来桂留学生教育质量问题的必由之路。要实现东盟来桂留学生教育的内涵式发展,应根据东盟来桂留学生教育自身发展状况和教育国际化发展趋势,探索其内涵式发展的新路径,在留学生招生、留学生课程与教学、留学生授课教师能力提升、留学生管理和服务等方面进行改革和探索。 The transformation from extensive development to connotative development of the education of international students in China is an inevitable trend that conforms to the connotative development of higher education in China.The connotative development of the education of international students in China is centered on the improvement of its educational quality,and it is the coordinated development of educational scale and quality.As an important part of education of international students in China,education of ASEAN students in Guangxi is transformed from extensive development to connotative development,which is an inevitable choice of its development process and objective law,the strategic need of the opening up and development of education in Guangxi,and the only way to solve the problem of education quality of ASEAN students in Guangxi.In order to realize the connotative development of the education of ASEAN students in Guangxi,we should explore the new paths of its connotative development according to the development status of the education of ASEAN students in Guangxi and the development trend of internationalization of education,and carry out reform and exploration in the aspects of the enrollment of international students,the curriculum and teaching of international students,the improvement of the ability of teachers of international students,the management and service of international students.
