摘要
京津冀地区是我国重要的经济增长极和创新中心。正确评价该地区的创新能力,并在此基础上有效整合该地区的创新资源、推动地区合作、优化产业分工、促进要素流动,从而实现该地区的产业结构优化升级和创新驱动发展,有助于推动我国创新驱动经济发展战略。
Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region is an important hub for China’s economic development and national innovation improvement.It is of great significance to properly evaluate the mentioned region’s innovating capability and accordingly to integrate regional innovation resources,promote intra-regional cooperation,improve industrial allocation and encourage factor shifts.Besides,it is valuable for realizing the mentioned region’s industrial structure’s optimization and innovation-driven development in order to ultimately promote the national innovation development.
