摘要
危险废物与煤炭需要进行热值检测,但无论是前处理方法,还是各种校正因子,二者均存在较大差异。危险废物样品具有特殊性和多样性,目前,各项校正因子无标准检测方法,难以得到准确的热值检测数据。同时,行业检测标准未出台,样品制作不规范,水分测量准确性难以保证。因此,有必要开展危险废物热值检测研究,提高热值检测精度,促进行业健康发展。
Hazardous waste and coal need to be tested for calorific value,but there are big differences between the two in terms of pretreatment methods and various correction factors.Hazardous waste samples have particularity and diversity,at present,there is no standard detection method for various correction factors,and it is difficult to obtain accurate calorific value detection data.At the same time,industry testing standards have not been issued,sample production is not standardized,and it is difficult to guarantee the accuracy of moisture measurement.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out research on the calorific value detection of hazardous waste,improve the accuracy of calorific value detection,and promote the healthy development of the industry.
