摘要 针对纺织品中小分子溶剂残留的检测难的问题,提出反相高效液相色谱法(RP-HPLC)对纺织品中的DMFa、DMAc和NMP残留进行检测,验证该方法的可行性。结果表明,建立的反相高效液相色谱法测量方法的准确性、精密性、灵敏度高,对DMFa、DMAc和NMP定量限分别为3.7、9.3和8.7 mg/kg,说明可对不同纤维种类的样品进行检测,能够满足日常生活中纺织品中DMFa、DMAc和NMP残留量测定。 In view of the difficulty of detecting small molecule solvent residues in textiles,a reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography(RP-HPLC)was proposed to detect DMFa,DMAc and NMP residues in textiles.The feasibility of this method was verified by detection and uncertainty evaluation.The results showed that the RP-HPLC method established in this paper had high accuracy,precision and sensitivity.The quantitative limits of DMFa,DMAc and NMP were 3.7mg/kg,9.3mg/kg and 8.7mg/kg respectively,indicating that it could detect samples without fiber types and could realize the determination of DMFa,DMAc and NMP residues in textiles in daily life.
