摘要
[目的]了解乌鲁木齐市不同养老模式下老年人健康相关生命质量(HRQOL),并分析不同养老模式及一般人口学因素对老年人生命质量的影响。[方法]采用欧洲五维健康量表(EQ-5D-3L)对社区居家、机构养老、医养结合养老老年人进行生命质量调查,并分析其影响因素。[结果]单因素分析显示:子女经济支持是影响老年人生命质量的重要因素;是否有疾病基础是影响老年人选择养老模式的影响因素;在生命质量不同维度下,不同养老模式之间存在统计学差异(P<0.05);多因素分析显示养老模式是影响老年人生命质量的重要因素。[结论]养老模式不同会影响老年人生命质量,进一步整合优化健康养老服务体系结构、提升服务内涵,走数字健康、智慧医养是提高老年人生命质量的重要举措。
Objective To understand the health-related quality of life( HRQOL) of the elderly under different elderly care models in Urumqi,and analyze the impact of different elderly care models and general demographic factors on the quality of life of the elderly. Methods The European Five-Dimensional Health Scale( EQ-5 D-3 L) was used to investigate the quality of life of the elderly in the community at home,institutional care, and integrated medical care, and analyze its influencing factors. Results Single factor analysis showed that children ’s financial support was an important factor affecting the quality of life of the elderly;Whether there was a disease basis that was an influencing factor of the elderly’s choice of elderly care models;Under different dimensions of the quality of life,there were differences in different elderly care models,and there was statistically significance in the differences(P<0.05);Multi-factor analysis showed that the pension mode was important factor affecting the quality of life of the elderly. Conclusions Different elderly care models will affect the quality of life of the elderly.In the future,integrating and optimizing the structure of the health and elderly care service system,improving the service content,adopting digital health and smart medical care will be the important measures for improving the quality of life of the elderly.
